Sermon - Sir, We Wish To See Jesus

This week at HFC, Tyler Holloway continues our journey through the Gospel According to John with “Sir, We Wish To See Jesus,” from John 12:20–33. As people come seeking Jesus, He reveals that His glory will be displayed through His death—a sacrifice that brings eternal life to His people. The King is exalted through the cross, and His invitation calls us to a life centered on Him.

Together, we consider three responses to this glorious King: deny ourselves and take up Christ, confess His glory over our own, and trust in His sacrifice above everything else. This passage invites us to lay aside self-centered ambition and place our hope in Jesus, whose death bears fruit in the lives of those who follow Him.
