Sermon - I Am

In this message, JC Morrison walks us into the middle of the stormy Sea of Galilee, where the disciples are terrified, exhausted, and unable to move forward—until Jesus steps toward them on the water. When Jesus declares, “It is I,” He uses the sacred name of God — I AM — revealing that the One who rules the waves is the same eternal God who spoke to Moses from the burning bush. This sermon reminds us that Jesus does not wait for the storm to end before He comes to us; He enters our fear, our chaos, and our uncertainty with divine authority and compassion. When we recognize who He truly is, our fear gives way to faith, and we discover that His presence is enough to carry us safely to the other side.
